How much cart value your rules are turning away, broken down by rule, with a detail view covering why carts block and which products and customers are involved.

**Short answer.** The Dashboard has a Blocked cart value section, previously a separate Reports page, with summary tiles, a daily trend chart and a per-rule table, all using the Dashboard's own date range. Clicking Detail on a rule opens a full breakdown, why it is blocking, which products and customers were involved, and its own trend. Value here means the value of the blocked cart, not the Value limit type.

## Key takeaways

- Pro plan only, and it lives on the Dashboard. There is no Reports page any more.
- It covers every rule type, not just Value rules.
- Stopped before adding is tracked separately and will never sum neatly with blocked attempts.
- There is no CSV export in the current interface, whatever some upgrade copy still says.

## What the Dashboard section shows

**Four summary tiles.** Blocked cart value, largest single block, rules involved,
and stopped before adding, which counts shoppers who set a blocked quantity and
never clicked Add to cart.

That last tile is deliberately separate from blocked attempts everywhere it
appears. They measure different things, so they do not add up to anything, and
trying to reconcile them is wasted effort.

**A daily trend chart,** and **a per-rule table** carrying rule, type, blocked
attempts, stopped before adding, blocked cart value and a Detail button.

## Why the money view matters

[Blocked attempts](https://primemoq.app/help/checkout-and-enforcement/blocked-attempts-and-analytics)
tells you a rule is firing. It does not tell you whether the rule is protecting
your margin or quietly costing you a wholesale customer a week.

A rule with 400 small blocks and one with 12 blocks worth thousands each are the
same number in an attempts column and very different problems. This section is
the one to look at before deciding whether a limit is set correctly.

## Investigate one rule

**Find the rule's row in the per-rule table and click Detail.**

**Read the tiles:** blocked cart value, blocked attempts, customers affected and
guest visitors affected. Customers and guests are kept apart so that one shopper
blocked twelve times never reads as twelve shoppers.

**Read "why it is blocking".** A ranked breakdown of the actual reasons, below
minimum, above maximum, not a valid pack multiple, below or above a value bound,
below or above a weight bound, or a repurchase limit exceeded, each with a count
and a share of the total.

**Check products affected or orders affected,** whichever applies to that rule,
with links straight into your Shopify admin.

**Review the rule's own trend chart** for the period.

If the ranked reasons are not what you expected the rule to be doing, that is
usually the fastest route into

## Common mistakes

- Looking for a Reports page in the navigation. It has gone. The content is
on the Dashboard.

- Expecting stopped before adding inside the detail view. That metric appears
only in the section's own tiles and table. The detail view is about completed
blocks.

- Waiting for a CSV export button. There is not one currently, regardless of
what some upgrade copy still promises.

- Seeing a product shown as an ID rather than a name. That happens for older
blocked-attempt records, or a theme that has not been updated recently. It is a
gap in the stored data rather than a fault in this view.

- Expecting blocked attempts here to match the Rules list exactly. The detail
view counts only attempts that carried a cart value, so very old records can
make the two figures differ slightly for the same period.

## FAQ

### Is this the same as the blocked attempts column on the Rules list?

Related, but not identical. The detail view counts only attempts that carried a cart value, so records from before value tracking existed can make the two numbers diverge slightly over the same period.

### Does this only cover minimum cart total rules?

No. Blocked cart value means the value of whatever cart was blocked, whether the rule doing the blocking was based on quantity, value, weight or a repurchase limit.

### Can I see which customers a specific rule affected?

Yes, in that rule's detail view. Signed-in customers and guest visitors have separate tiles, with a list of top customers where the data is available.

### Why can I see this section on the free plan?

Locked features stay visible with an upgrade prompt rather than disappearing, which is consistent across the app. You can see the shape of what the report gives you before deciding whether to upgrade.

### Does the date range here follow the rest of the Dashboard?

Yes. The section uses the Dashboard's own date range, so changing the range at the top of the page changes the tiles, the chart and the table together.

**Best for:** Understanding not just how often a rule blocks a checkout, but how much cart value that represents and exactly why.
