What is on the card
| Row | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Plan | The Prime MOQ plan your shop is currently on |
| App version | The version installed on this store |
| Safe uninstall | A button straight into the guided uninstall flow |
The plan row is the fastest way to settle a question about a locked feature. If a Pro-only control is showing a lock badge, this row tells you which plan the app thinks you are on, and Plans and pricing tells you what that plan includes.
The version row is worth quoting in a support conversation. It removes a whole round trip of guessing whether a fix has reached your store yet.
Before you uninstall
The button opens Safe uninstall. It does not remove anything. What it does is:
- Summarise what your rules have actually blocked, so the decision is made against numbers rather than a vague sense that the app is not doing much.
- Offer to pause enforcement rather than remove it, which is usually the right move when the reason is seasonal.
- Export your rule set to a backup file, so a later reinstall is a restore rather than a rebuild. See Import and export rules.
Only after that does it hand you off to Shopify's own uninstall screen.
Common mistakes
- Uninstalling from Shopify's app list directly. It works, but you skip the export, and rebuilding a rule set by hand afterwards takes far longer than clicking through this flow would have.
- Reading a disabled button as a broken one. The Safe Uninstall button greys out while the Settings page has unsaved changes, because both it and plan management navigate away from the page. Save or discard first.
